How returns work
1. Request an RMA Number
Please request an RMA number via our return form before returning any device.
Important note
Without a valid RMA number, your return cannot be processed and will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Pack the device securely
Please pack the device securely for transport, ideally in the original box. If you no longer have the original box, we would be happy to send you suitable packaging in advance; please indicate this on the return form. Damage resulting from improper packaging may be excluded from the warranty.
3. Send the device
Upon receipt of your RMA number, please send the device—citing the RMA number—to:

Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Important note
Returns from non-EU countries
To avoid delays or additional costs due to customs issues with returns from non-EU countries, please note the following points:
• Copy of the original invoice for the system
• A pro forma invoice, bearing a clear notation indicating that the item is being returned to the manufacturer for repair. This applies even if the touch panel was not purchased directly from tci.
4. Review and Processing
Upon receipt, your device will be inspected. Our support team will then inform you of the next steps.
