We do everything in advance to ensure the functionality of our systems. Careful selection of components, extensive tests and testing procedures ensure this. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us! We will of course answer your questions as quickly as possible.

And if you do have cause for a complaint, please process it directly using our complaint form.

We hope you understand that we cannot process complaints without a fully completed repair form.

Packaging and warranty information

Improperly packaged and therefore damaged appliances can be excluded from the warranty if the damage is due to improper packaging. We recommend shipping with a forwarding agent, as experience has shown that this causes less damage.
