We do everything in advance to ensure the functionality of our systems. Careful selection of components, extensive tests and testing procedures ensure this. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us! We will of course answer your questions as quickly as possible.Our telephone hotline is available from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. for technical problems.
 
And if you do have cause for a complaint, please process it directly using our complaint form. We hope you understand that we cannot process complaints without a fully completed repair form.

tci GmbH complies with the essential contents of EU Regulation EU 2019/2021 Ecodesign - in accordance with the accompanying Directive 2009/125/EC. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. 
 
Packaging and warranty information
Improperly packaged and therefore damaged appliances can be excluded from the warranty if the damage is due to improper packaging. We recommend shipping with a forwarding agent, as experience has shown that this causes less damage.
 
 
Returns from non-EU countries
To avoid delays or additional costs due to customs issues with returns from non-EU countries, please note the following points:

• A copy of the system invoice must be enclosed with the shipping documents for customs purposes.
• A pro forma invoice must also be issued.
• The pro forma invoice must clearly state that the item is being returned to the manufacturer for repair. This also applies if the touch panel was not purchased directly from tci.
 
Please then use the support form and upload the invoice there. This will enable us to process your return quickly.
